This special class begins with a brief, gentle and mindful yoga practice suited for beginners and all levels, followed by 45 minutes of sound bathing and meditation. price per person is $20.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or anything else that will make you feel comfortable during the sound bathing session.

Aubrey began her journey practicing yoga over 9 years ago and is passionate about sharing her love of yoga and the impact it has on her life with others.
