This special class begins with a brief, gentle and mindful yoga practice suited for beginners and all levels, followed by an explanation on where and how to use the crystals during the sound bath, followed by a wonderful sound bathing and meditation!

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket or anything else that will make you feel comfortable during the sound bathing session.

Aubrey began her journey practicing yoga over 9 years ago and is passionate about sharing her love of yoga and the impact it has on her life with others. In February, 2022, she became certified as a meditation teacher through Sura Flow and has taught various meditation workshops since.
